Does the devolution of policing power really work for women and girls?

A Briefing Paper published by the End Violence Against Women Coalition (EVAW) found that the 42 Police and Crime Commissioners’ responses to domestic violence, sexual violence and other forms of violence against women and girls was “haphazard” and unreliable.
