Ninety-three per cent of employers report benefits from being an accredited Living Wage business.

The Living Wage Foundation, working with Cardiff Business School, has released new data demonstrating the business benefits of implementing the real Living Wage.

The real Living Wage is an hourly rate set independently and updated annually; and calculated according to the basic cost of living in the UK.
