‘There is an urgent need for a review.’
In its pre-Budget report for the Adult Social Care inquiry the Communities and Local Government Committee has said the Chancellor should bring forward £1.5billion of funding from the improved Better Care Fund to plug the hole in social care funding in the year ahead (2017/18).
