Outlining action in three areas to turn the tables in British workplaces.

Corrosive working cultures have silenced the voices of victims and normalised sexual harassment, the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) said as it published a set of recommendations aiming to better protect people at work.

Employers should be protecting their employees from sexual harassment at work, but the evidence the EHRC has gathered about British workplace shows this is not happening.
