A Texas man has been charged with capital murder after allegedly cramming his partner’s 10-month-old daughter into a backpack and leaving her alone in his car for five hours, where she subsequently died. Trevor Marquis Rowe, 27, was arrested in the early hours of Wednesday morning in Lubbock, Texas, by officers responding to reports of an unwell child.
